Requirements (from the posting)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in cost controls and scheduling on large-scale capital projects
- Strong working knowledge of earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, and schedule management practices
- PMIS/Scheduling: Experience with PMIS platforms such as e-Builder, Procore, or Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with Power BI and data reporting concepts sufficient to collaborate with reporting/BI teams and ensure accurate data integration
