Requirements (from the posting)
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 7–10 years of Quantity Surveying experience in tunnel and infrastructure projects, preferably on major infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in quantity take-off, quantity verification, remeasurement, and assessment of scope changes based on approved drawings
- Extensive experience in reviewing and certifying interim payment applications and assessing variations under both Lump Sum and Re-measurable contracts
- Practical hands-on experience in MEP Quantity Surveying and post-contract commercial management activities is essential
