- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Transportation Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of planning experience on marine or port construction projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 (or equivalent) and MS Project for schedule development and control
- Knowledge of marine construction methods, including reclamation, breakwaters, quay walls and port facilities
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
