- Be capable of photo documentation with working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Lead and facilitate the project team’s familiarity with and learning of contract terms to administrative and all other project staff, contractors, and all others representing the owner
- Assist owner in identifying and obtaining (as directed) all necessary permits and licenses required for uninterrupted construction
- Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management or closely related discipline, or demonstrated proven equivalent experience
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in transmission operations, substation operations, Construction, Engineering, or equivalent education
