- An undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental Studies, Business, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years of professional project management experience, including at least 3 years in consulting or working for mining proponents
- Experience with environmental and social impact assessment processes in Canada at the federal, provincial, or combined level
- Expertise in project planning, tracking, and analysis using Microsoft Excel or similar programs, with experience using Microsoft Project and/or Oracle Primavera P6
