- Experience with cost management, ERP, and PMIS tools such as EcoSys, Procore, Oracle, e-Builder, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms is preferred
- Working knowledge of earned value management (EVM), cost forecasting, budget baselines, cost coding structures, trend analysis, and project financial controls
