Requirements (from the posting)
- The Skills That Set You Apart Diploma or degree in Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering, or a closely related field
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant construction experience, with significant field experience on high-voltage substations and/or overhead transmission line projects
- Demonstrated experience with higher-voltage substation and transmission infrastructure preferred
- Strong field experience with: Substation earthworks and grading
- Practical knowledge of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Hold Points, Witness Points, NCRs, RFIs, field change processes and Contractor QA/QC documentation
