- This position is an excellent opportunity to continue to enhance analysis and production skills and build relationships within WSP and a broad spectrum of clients around the state
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline
- 10+ years of relevant post education experience in engineering and prior traffic design experience
- Knowledge of traffic engineering and planning software (HCS, Synchro, VISSIM, ArcGIS, TransModeler)
- Prior demonstrated knowledge and experience of DOT advisory circulars and procedures
