- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar designation. 12+ plus years of experience in transit projects or equivalent
- Experience with stakeholder engagement, including collaborating with local governments, local and federal agencies, community groups, and elected leadership
- Strong experience in managing the review and approval of documents and discipline-specific deliverables, certifications, processes, and plans in a multi-project environment
- Master’s Degree in Engineering or similar graduate level degree PE license
