- Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations applicable to infrastructure projects, in particular CDM regulations
- Experience of projects from Feasibility Study stage through to Operation and in particular the stage deliverables at each point
- Experience in procurement of contractors, development of contractual documents and achieving Contract Close on projects
- Experience of development and management of programmes and the identification of issues and development of solutions to resolve time challenges
