- Minimum 12 years of experience in infrastructure projects
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC , preferably in a consultancy role . Strong understanding of road/highway/bridge/tunnel project execution and cost management
- Experience working with FIDIC contracts and government authorities (e.g., MOT, Aramco, Royal Commission) in Saudi Arabia
- Proficient in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation , and cost management software (e.g., Candy, CostX, Excel)
