Requirements (from the posting)
- A relevant degree in law, commerce, quantity surveying, engineering or a related discipline is preferred, although substantial equivalent experience will also be valued
- Strong knowledge of construction law and EPC contracting principles is essential
- Around 20 + years of experience across contracts, commercial management or procurement, including senior leadership responsibility on major EPC projects
- Proven EPC project experience including the formation and administration of major construction, equipment and services contracts, ideally within the resources or energy sectors
