Requirements (from the posting)
- In addition to building these schedules, and most importantly, the planner/scheduler will be required to provide ongoing updates, maintenance, and analysis of their schedules
- Able to perform and excel in a fast-paced environment and willingness to be flexible depending on departmental requirements e.g. accountability for multiple projects may be expected
- Prior experience on conducting schedule risk analysis using Primavera Risk Analysis (PRA) software will be considered an asset
- Organize required schedule reviews with project personnel
- Coordinate with leads from each phase on all schedule updates, ensure ad-hock (MS project or Excel) schedule maintained outside or P6 align with the project master schedule
