- What you will bring The successful candidate will be a highly respected project leader with a demonstrated ability to deliver mega-projects in complex, remote, and challenging environments
- In addition, the individual will possess the following experience and qualifications: Strong demonstrable track record in full project lifecycle (FEL, EPC EPCM)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate globally dispersed, multi-disciplinary project teams
- Extensive subcontract and contractor management experience within complex execution models
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence and guide client decision-making at a senior level
