- Ensure contractors maintain adequate supervision, skilled manpower, qualified welding personnel, inspection resources, and equipment to meet project requirements
- Monitor compliance with material traceability, welding procedures, welder qualifications, weld mapping, dimensional control, and inspection requirements
- Monitor the completeness of fabrication dossiers, inspection records, material certificates, test reports, and as-built documentation
- Monitor completion of fabrication punch lists, outstanding quality items, preservation activities, and required certification documentation
- Ensure dispatch documentation, packing lists, release certificates, material records, and turnover dossiers are completed before shipment
