- A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of industry related experience working as a Project Manager
- Candidates must be willing and capable of working extended hours or weekends (infrequently) as needed to support plant outages and tight deadline projects
- Demonstrated knowledge of successful project management practices such as development of scope, schedule, and estimate and subsequent project cost controls and forecasting
- Knowledge of chemical or related manufacturing facilities and experience managing projects in these facilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of gated work process for project management and experience managing projects using a gated process
