- Remote work with on site presence required during kick off, and potential minimal travel
- 10+ years in owner’s engineering, project engineering, refinery/offsites, marine terminals, ports, or waterfront infrastructure
- Direct experience with hydrocarbon docks, product-transfer systems, loading facilities, brownfield revamps, and contractor oversight
- Experience with marine-dock vapor destruction units, including design, installation, commissioning, and startup
- Working knowledge of marine permitting and regulatory interfaces
