- To be successful, you must be a communicator, self-motivated, and comfortable leading cost management activities across multiple large-scale construction projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
- A minimum of 6-7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management within large-scale construction
- Strong knowledge of cost control, change management, and contract administration
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
