Requirements (from the posting)
- Up-to-date knowledge of the construction and industrial services market
- Knowledge of financial appraisal, including payback, ROI, NPV and lifecycle costing
- Knowledge of construction contracts (for example Swedish AB 04 / ABT 06 or equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years' proven project management experience in an M&E, energy, construction or critical environment
