- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, project controls, estimating, commercial management, or related construction roles
- Experience supporting data center, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, or other large-scale technically complex construction projects is required
- Knowledge of cash flow forecasting, contract administration, claims management, and project financial closeout
- Experience within a construction consultancy, owner's representative, project controls, or commercial management environment preferred
