- Production of formal project status reports and other reports as required
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience, specifically working with mechanical systems in the built environment
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team
- Proficiency managing construction documents including BODs, specifications, contract drawings, C/D/E’s, equipment submittals and RFIs
