- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
- A Master’s degree will be an advantage
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, construction, procurement, project management, consultancy, contractor, or related project environments
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost management practices, and industry best practices
- Proficiency in CostX or equivalent cost estimating and quantity take-off software
