- Develop and maintain Level 3 and Level 4 integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, qualification, and start-up
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 20 years of experience delivering large-scale capital projects
- Proven experience in a senior project controls leadership role on projects exceeding US$1 billion in total installed cost
- Minimum 5 years of project controls leadership experience in Singapore
