- Experience: 5 to 8 years of project engineering or construction management experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or industrial facilities
- Project Delivery Expertise: Knowledge of construction sequencing, contractor management, commissioning, and project controls
- Systems Proficiency: Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Smartsheet, Primavera P6, or equivalent project management platforms
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services, or related discipline
- Professional Certification: PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage
