- Experience of infrastructure project management and/or programme management across the project lifecycle, including: project management principles
- Problem solving, analytical and numerical skills with an ability to quickly understand complex problems and shape these into workable solutions for delivery
- Experience of procurement and managing NEC contracts
- Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects
