- Managing NEC contracts (Option C experience highly valued) with confidence and precision
- Quantity Surveying experience in infrastructure, civil engineering, or major programmes
- Strong NEC contract knowledge (Option C preferred)
- Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject
- Commercially astute with excellent communication skills — you can hold a room with a client as confidently as you can interrogate a cost report
