- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Commercial Management, Law, or a related discipline
- 10-15 years of experience in contract administration, commercial management, quantity surveying, or construction project delivery
- Strong knowledge of standard construction contracts such as PAM, FIDIC, PWD, NEC , or other industry-recognized forms of contract
