- Extensive relevant experience in Third Party Risk Management, Ethics & Compliance, Financial Crime, Internal Audit or Risk Management, ideally within a global business
- Strong knowledge of integrity due diligence, sanctions compliance and the management of third-party bribery and corruption risks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across central, regional and operational teams
- A relevant degree or recognised professional qualification, such as ICA, ACAMS or IRM, would be advantageous
