Requirements (from the posting)
- Support relevant statutory inspections, authority approvals and sustainability certification requirements, including BCA-IMDA Green Mark Platinum where applicable
- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline
- Experience with mission-critical, highly secure or operationally resilient environments would be highly advantageous
- Familiarity with Security-by-Design, authority/statutory requirements, sustainability standards and operational readiness is advantageous
- Strong stakeholder-management skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities
