- Production of formal project status reports including monthly reports and others as required by the project
- Ability to oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously including all aspects of time, cost and quality
- Ability to generate a high level project budget and/or validate a budget produced by others
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or other applicable degree and or equivalent experience
- Prior project management experience in retail construction strongly preferred
