- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering with several years of experience in MEP project management, gained within a Data Centre or similar technical environment
- Knowledge of MEP systems, data centre (or similar environment) infrastructure, energy efficiency strategies, and high-voltage electrical substations
- Proficiency in project management software
- Excellent budget management, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders
