- Proactively support generation of quality cost estimating & budgeting reports and required documents for project Funding Appropriation and Business Planning
- Evaluate contingency to establish appropriate contingency drawdown strategy required to complete the project based on proper risk analysis
- 10+ years of offshore oil & gas estimating experience
- Early Concept, FEL experience with exploration knowledge and new country entry experience
