- Handover & Closeout: Direct testing, commissioning, punch-list inspections, practical completion certification, and statutory compliance documentation for final asset handover
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience: 10–15+ years of experience in construction management, with significant exposure working within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) framework
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP (Project Management Professional), or Chartered Membership (e.g., IEM, RICS, PE) and added advantage
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Primavera P6/MS Project, BIM workflows (Navisworks, Revit), project controls, and contract management (FIDIC Yellow Book 1999)
