- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related discipline
- 10–15+ years of planning and scheduling experience on major capital projects, including at least 5 years in a Lead Planner, Senior Planner, or Planning Manager position
- Demonstrated experience on large-scale industrial projects exceeding USD 300 million
- Experience in mining, metals, smelters, refineries, power plants, or other heavy industrial facilities preferred
