Requirements (from the posting)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working for blue-chip companies in a customer-facing capacity
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional chartership (e.g., Chartered Building Surveyor, CIOB, or Chartered Engineer in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
- Administrative Proficiency: Good IT skills, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Track record of successfully managing large complex operational projects (up to $5M) with extensive hands-on project management experience within Construction / FM industry
- Demonstrate previous experience of business development and accountability for financial success
