- Demonstrate excellence in financial management (margin tracking, monthly fee/resource forecasts) across commissions
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field
- 5-7+ years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, estimating, or project controls on medium to large-scale construction projects of moderate to high complexity
- Knowledge of MEP systems, mission-critical infrastructure, and large-scale construction delivery is beneficial
- Experience with procurement strategies and the commercial management of contractor and vendor contracts
