- **Houston, Texas based and travel to client sites required (frequency to be determined)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, contracts management, supply chain management, commercial management, or related disciplines supporting major capital projects
- Knowledge of collaborative and progressive project delivery models, including Progressive Design-Build (PDB)
- Demonstrated ability to support the development and negotiation of contract documents, procurement packages, scopes of work, and commercial terms
