- Valid Grade I or Grade II Construction Practising Certificate (supervision and/or project management) for the relevant discipline
- 8–10+ years’ relevant experience, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects across data centre, industrial / high-tech manufacturing and mixed-use sectors…
