- Candidates with experience in either CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) packages are encouraged to apply

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or a related discipline

- Working towards or interested in obtaining professional accreditation such as MRICS or RICS is advantageous
