Requirements (from the posting)
- This position is suitable for candidates from both CSA and MEP backgrounds , provided they possess cost management and commercial experience within industrial project environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management , or related discipline
- 5–10 years’ experience in cost management within construction or industrial projects
- Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, data centre, or mission‑critical projects is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a cost consultancy or professional services environment is highly preferred
