- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Typically 3-6 years of relevant post-graduate experience in quantity surveying, cost management, commercial management, audit, advisory, or construction-related services
- Knowledge of common procurement methods, including Design and Build, Target Price, Lump Sum, Cost Plus, GMP, and Alliance contracting models
- Familiarity with construction contracts and commercial documentation
