- You are an experienced Senior Cost Manager with 10+ years' experience, seeking your next step or are currently working in a similar role within a comparable environment
- 10+ years of experience in cost management
- A recognized university degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject with Canadian equivalency if obtained outside Canada (WES etc.)
- Membership of Relevant Professional Organizations such as the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) or similar
- Reliability clearance with the Government of Canada or ability to obtain it quickly
