- Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification process
- Demonstrate ability to identify project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- BS Degree and at least 6 years of related experience and or training is required of industry trends, project management and construction procedures and best practices
