- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in mechanical estimating, preferably on large-scale or mission-critical projects
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools such as Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Navisworks, CostX and Bluebeam, along with familiarity with industry-specific estimating platforms
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
