- Candidates will be visiting other client sites and must be within driving distance of Midland, TX
- Will demonstrate the ability to manage budgets, scheduling, cost, and estimates
- Identify project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through individual project qualification processes
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) or five years of experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 4 years of experience but 5 years is preferred in a project management role for real estate industrial construction projects
