- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10+ years of construction project management experience
- Preferred experience in Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, Semiconductor/Fab Projects, Hospitals, or large-scale construction project
- Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) works
- Familiarity with mission-critical systems and data center standards is an advantage
