- Bachelor’s or higher degree in a field related to environmental building design, architecture, architectural engineering, and/ or building science
- 5-10 years’ professional experience in an architecture, engineering or sustainability consulting firm
- LEED, or WELL AP with specialty certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
- In addition, experience with software such as “R,” Grasshopper, Radiance, Revit, eQuest, EnergyPlus, IES, D3, or data visualization would be desirable
