- Project manager to provide the project management and feasibility studies services to any projects as required, not limited to project management , site supervision and others, etc
- Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and service providers, including procurement, contract administration, performance evaluation, and certification of completed works
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost control, variation orders, quotations, expenditure monitoring, and payment certification
- Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related discipline with at least three (3) years of relevant post-graduate experience
- Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, Construction Management, or a related discipline with at least five (5) years of relevant project management experience
