- You must be fully knowledgeable of all legal, business, financial, and long-term implications of prime contract negotiation and maintenance
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field, or a JD
- 15+ years of prime contract administration experience to include construction for the Federal Government
- A comprehensive knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, OTAs and all other industry business practices for the negotiation of prime and subcontracts
- Possess written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
