- Track CBTC software releases through development, validation, and safety validation, Support Technical working groups and safety certification board approvals
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- 10+ years of experience in rail transit systems, including at least 5 years on CBTC or train control projects
- Hands-on experience with carborne CBTC installation, PICO, testing, and commissioning on heavy-rail transit fleets
- Experience managing or overseeing CBTC contractors on owner-side or PMC/CM assignments, including submittal review, payment certification, and change management
